When Bon Iver released his first album "For Emma, Forever Ago" in 2007, Justin Vernon introduced himself as one of the most talented songwriters of his generation. He revealed a new indie-folk sound that is honest and distinctive - hauntingly sparse and lyrically stunning, the kind of music that moves people to tears.

Bon Iver recorded his first album in the woods of Wisconsin, tying it to a time and place of reflection and the heartbreaking isolation of an icy, northern winter. The works "Bon Iver, Bon Iver" and "22, A Million" followed as spring and summer albums - the sound frenetic, energetic and experimental.

Bon Iver's live concerts are unique, special and create intimate moments. Justin Vernon carefully stages and arranges his songs for his shows, creating moments ranging from melancholic to euphoric.
