The Human Tour
Eleven-time Grammy winner Brandi Carlile will be back on tour next year with her ‘The Human Tour,’ which includes arena concerts in North America and Europe.

The upcoming tour celebrates Carlile's eagerly awaited new album, Returning To Myself, which will be released on 24 October via Interscope Records/Lost Highway. On her eighth studio album and first solo project in four years, Carlile looks inward, reflects on the past and finally returns home after devoting herself entirely to collaborating with musical icons and legends in recent years. Produced by Carlile, Andrew Watt, Aaron Dessner and Justin Vernon, the album features ten songs, including ‘Human,’ ‘Church & State,’ ‘A War with Time’ and the title track.

In addition to Carlile, Watt, Dessner and Vernon, the album also features their long-time bandmates Phil and Tim Hanseroth and SistaStrings (Monique and Chauntee Ross), as well as Josh Klinghoffer, Chad Smith, Matt Chamberlain, Dave Mackay, Rob Moose, Blake Mills, Mark Isham and Stewart Cole.

Carlile is an Oscar nominee and 11-time GRAMMY Award winner, singer, songwriter, performer and producer, 2-time EMMY Award winner, composer, lyricist and author, No. 1 New York Times bestseller and activist, known as one of the most respected voices in the music industry. Throughout her acclaimed career, Carlile has released eight studio albums, including her latest album, Who Believes in Angels?, a critically acclaimed collaboration with her childhood hero Elton John, which debuted at No. 1 in the UK and in the Top 10 in the US.

Carlile also continues her work as a renowned producer, most recently with GRAMMY Award-winning projects by Joni Mitchell and Brandy Clark. She also produced and recorded a cover version of Indigo Girls' ‘Closer To Fine’ with her wife Catherine, which can be found on the album ‘Barbie The Album’, as well as a version of “Home” that was featured in the final season of ‘Ted Lasso’. In January 2025, she received her first Oscar nomination in the Original Song category for ‘Never Too Late,’ a song she co-wrote with Elton John, Bernie Taupin and Andrew Watt for the Disney+ documentary of the same name about Elton's life and career.
