This October, the band released three songs from their upcoming album, ‘Private,’ ‘OMG’ and ‘Lovebomb,’ which the American music blog “UPROXX” described as ‘a powerful return to the band's roots.’ The video for ‘Private’ was produced by Ramez Silyan (Post Malone, TheKid LAROI). The album ‘(((((ultraSOUND))))’ was recorded at Conway Studios in Los Angeles and then completed in a cramped rehearsal room called ‘The Beehive’. The album embodies the return of a band after a long hiatus, toning down the glitz and focusing on emotion rather than showmanship.

On 31 October 2025, The Neighbourhood also released Wiped Out! 10th Anniversary Edition, an expansion of their groundbreaking second album featuring eleven additional songs, including demos and remixes of some of their fans' favourite songs.

The Neighbourhood is a Californian alternative rock band formed in 2011 by Jesse Rutherford, Zach Abels, Brandon Fried, Jeremy Freeman and Mikey Margott. Known for their genre-blending sound and atmospheric sound aesthetic, the band broke through in 2013 with their double platinum debut album ‘I Love You’.
