There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to Christmas parties, because every customer has their own individual requirements and wishes. This makes it all the more important for us to offer our customers not just an event, but a customised experience that meets their personal requirements. This year, we had the pleasure of hosting a handful of enchanting and impressive Christmas parties. We highlight three events below.
Event 1 - A trip around the world
The winter party, which invited guests on a culinary journey around the world. Over 10 lovingly designed stands took guests on a taste tour of Canada, Thailand, France, Ukraine and Switzerland. At the central bar in the heart of the HALL, visitors could treat themselves to refreshing drinks. And for those who hadn't had enough after all that, the after-party in the LOFT continued the festive atmosphere.
Event 2 - Gala dinner in the HALL
The event kicked off in the FOYER HALL with a welcome aperitif, where Grisons salsiz, fragrant focaccia and tempting cheese platters were served. The doors to the festively decorated HALL then opened at 7.00 pm. The 530 guests enjoyed a 3-course gala dinner with an beetroot salad with horseradish, rye crumble and herbs as a starter, followed by a veal medallion wrapped in herbs, with truffle-potato mousseline, refined with black garlic mayonnaise and green vegetables as the main course. The crowning glory of the festive dinner was a chocolate mousse with peanut crumble and a fruity wild berry ragout.
Event 3 - Festive atmosphere in the LOFT
Gala dinner or club atmosphere? We can do both. Three exclusive lounges in the LOFT created an intimate atmosphere and a cosy club mood. Here, guests were able to savour their senses in a relaxed atmosphere and round off the evening in style. The dessert buffet in the LOFT promised sweet temptations and provided a delicious end to the festive event. The candy bar in the FOYER LOFT tempted with a sugary variety. The glitter make-up bar and the photo station provided entertaining highlights and invited guests to capture special memories.
